PC BUILDING PART-2
In my previous post I would have left in explaining about Motherboard and Processor and in this post i am explaining about RAM, STORAGE DEVICES, GPU,CABINET ,coolers and some of the connections.
RAM(Random Access Memory)
RAM is the most important component that a PC need, RAM is the high speed data distributing component after processor. It allows you to access multiple programs at single time with good speed and efficiency higher the size of the RAM more it can store and distribute the data. It acts as a interface between processor and other devices that are connected to motherboard.
Mostly DRAM(Dynamic RAM) are used in RAM, RAM can be categorized by sizes ranging from 4GB TO 64GB(commercial usage) , now 1TB RAM's are being used in MNC servers and has many brands in it. It can also be categorized by Hertz(Hz). RAM's speed can be determined by hertz,
1Hz= 1 time accessing of memory
(i.e) accessing speed of processor to other devices.

So, nowadays mostly ddr3 and ddr4 RAM's are available, now you may have a question what are DDR3 and DDR4 RAM's and how are the differentiated. Well, ddr stands for Double Data Rate it says that at a time it can fetch two data. Another difference is the cost, DDR3 less than DDR4 but when we come to performance DDR4 is the winner it has lower latency when compared to that of ddr3 and has high speed data manipulations and conversions.
DDR4 Power consumption is also less when compared to that of DDR3, most of the PC's use DDR4 RAM speed of the DDR4 can be ranged from 2133Mhz to 4800Mhz(without overclocking the cpu). Does not dissipate more amount of heat compared to DDR3.
INSTALLATION PROCESS
- Just insert the RAM in the RAM slot, RAM slots have two clips in them before inserting the RAM make sure that release any one clip from the slot and insert the RAM.
- Press firmly inwards as the clip tends to get hold of it.
HARD DISK AND SOLID STATE DRIVES
HARDISK
Hard disk are the main storage device in the computer it can store up to millions of data and by the use of the hard disk you can store documents, music, videos, softwares etc.It is varied in sizes from 3.5 inches to 2.5 inches. Barracuda hard disks are used mostly for pc builds and in also pre-build PC and workstation Hard disks are small and costly and comes in same size of barracuda hard disks.

Hard disk can be differentiated by size range from 500GB TO 8TB, for commercial purposes we can use from 1TB to 4TB. Western Digital and Sea Gate are the two best brands in hard disk.
SOLID STATE DRIVES
Solid State Drives are revolutionary storage devices in both desktops and laptops it differs from hard disk in accessing speed, OS and Software can be stored in this SSD's. So the accessing and booting time is decreased. The storage can be varied from 120GB to 2TB.

SATA SSD |

m.2 SSD |
Because hard disk use mechanical arm and magnetic disks to read and write but the SSD's use flash based memory which is fast compared to that of hard disk, it is quite expensive for consumer grade use but is worth one three types of SSD's are there SATA, M.2 SATA and PCie slot SSD's , these vary from slots and speed. SATA is the lowest speed SSD whereas PCie slot SSD's are more faster and expensive.
INSTALLATION PROCESS
- Connect the hard drives in sata port which is present in the motherboard using SATA cables.
- If it is SATA SSD's you can use SATA cable connect to SATA port in motherboard.
- If it is M.2 SATA SSD's you can directly connect to M.2 slot in motherboard.
- If it is PCie SSD's you can directly connect to Pcie port in motherboard.
CABINET & COOLING UNIT
Cabinet is the casing in which all the connected components can be placed in the MotherBoard and and all the components that are mentioned above are fixed and it gives finished look like CPU.

It varies according to motherboard sizes and its form factor, it can be simple or it can be cool with RGB fans and RGB strips or led fans and can also have a enough space for cooling unit.
Cooling Unit is nothing but the stock cooler provided with processor or we can install liquid cooling unit to the processor in case of overclocking the processor. Overclocking the processor may increase the speed of the processor from it base frequency to its maximum frequency. But this can also result in decrease in lifetime of the processor and also heat is dissipated more(to control this issue we are going to liquid cooling unit than stock-cooler).

Overclocking is mainly done for the high end video and graphics rendering process and also for gaming purposes.
GPU(GRAPHICS PROCESSING UNIT)
GPU is mostly needed for gaming purposes and video editing purposes to run Software's like Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Filmora(for basic editing), Sony fx , Adobe audition cc, Sound FORGE etc., for nominal work and PC gaming we don't need graphics card.

If you are interested Gaming and streaming, editing purposes Nvidia Geforce Gtx series starting from 1050ti to GTX 1660 super and also RTX series for serious gamers and high end video renderers.
